What is Fascia?

Leaf.png

Fascia is a 3-dimensional web that exists in the entirety of your body. It is connected to your internal organs, muscles, bones, tissue, and cells. Imagine saran wrap around your entire body. This saran wrap is responsible for managing our pain, our emotions, and our mobility. Without this extracellular plasticity, our body cannot function.

WE LOVE OUR FASICA.

And most of all, we want our fascia to be HYDRATED and HAPPY. When fascia is stuck, not hydrated, and unhappy, it can stick together ( imagine that saran wrap again ) making mobility limited and creating pain and tension all over our body.

When you are doing fascia remedy bodywork and foam rolling techniques, you are directly communicating with your nervous system and body.

ALLOWING YOU TO RELEIVE PAIN, STRESS, EMOTION AND TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR PAIN AND MOBILITY.

Why do we want to know about Fascia and what does it have to do with this style of work?

Change begins when we bring awareness, patience and self discovery to our fascia system.

Making direct connection to our fascia allows a new perspective to body work that will unlock our healing process and bring a new light to how you perceive your body and it’s magic.

Join the fascia awareness and let’s begin your healing today!

The Fascia Remedy

  • The Fascia Remedy is always looking at the body holistically through the lens of the fasical system.

  • Focus on relieving pain, realigning the body, and optimizing the health of our systems through strategic fascia release and exercise.

  • We focus on pain patterns and finding the root cause not focusing on the pain and symptoms.

  • With our feet we are using tools to compress cross fiber and actively move fascia in order to change it.
